Senior Downsizing For Transition
Whether before or after a move to a smaller space or care facility, we offer thoughtful assistance in sorting through belongings, making decisions, and packing. We can help coordinate donation delivery, junk removal, and shipping, providing the support needed to ease the emotional and logistical challenges of downsizing.
Photo Organizing
Sorting and organizing your photos into a system that's easy to access and enjoy, whether they're digital images or printed snapshots.
Paper Organizing
Transforming your overwhelming paperwork into a neat, efficient system by helping to sort, purge, and organize.
Donations Management
As part of our service, we’ll take one carload of donations after each session for no additional cost. If you have a larger quantity to be donated we’ll coordinate a local service to pick up your donations.

Pricing
Discovery Meeting – Complimentary
During our discovery discussion, we will meet either by video or phone, for up to 30 minutes to review your needs and goals, exchange photos of the space, and set up our first session. I’ll follow up with thoughts on an estimate of how long your project will take. This meeting is complimentary and gives us a chance to get to know each other, ensuring we’re on the same page as we start this journey together. It will also help me create a plan and priority list for our work.
Services – $80/hour (3-hour minimum, one organizer)
In addition to the actual work of your project, things like strategizing your project with you, sourcing product for you, arranging any other service providers needed, coordinating disposal of items, and other things of this nature are included in this time. As part of our service, we’ll take one carload of donations after each session for no additional cost.
We include 60 minutes of travel time round trip from our home base in St Augustine within this rate. Additional travel within the immediate surrounding areas of St Augustine will be a $50 per organizer/per day charge.​
Depending on the scope of your project and any time-sensitive requirements, additional organizers may be brought in to ensure everything runs smoothly. When needed, typically 2-4 organizers are involved, but the final decision will be made together.
